I had a set of these from my mother. They were ancient but did the trick, but getting a little worn. These are exactly the same ( (maybe slightly thinner). Perfect and great for holding my bracioles together.

Been trying to add to my mini 4.5 skinny skewers. Finally found skewers almost as skinny as I need.Description has the length as 4.5 inches. Package states 4 inches . They are indeed 4 inches. AND... thathalf inch really makes difference for my purposes.

We decided on theses lacers, because they were the smallest we could find. I can’t say how they work for turkeys but for Rouladen they work very well and have exactly the right length!

These were just the right length for trussing up a turkey. They are strong, but flexible enough that I was able to bend when needed to keep them in place. Washed up and straightened out again without a problem.

Got the Regency Turkey Lacers for under $3 for 6. They seemed fragile and I was afraid to bend them but they did the job well for our turkey dinner party. They come in a nice small box for storage and clean easily. They work much better than wooden skewers.
