The 305586005 PumpWorks PWJET50 Shaft Seal Kit is a repair kit for the PumpWorks shallow well jet pump PWJET50. Contains item # A8. For use with 1/2 HP PWJET50 shallow well jet pump only. Not recommended for use with other jet pumps as parts may not fit or may affect performance.

The box I received was already open and there was no O-ring in the kit - not sure if it was removed by someone before shipping, or just isn't included with the kit (even though it is in the photos)

The O ring shown in the picture should NOT be in this kit. Amazon needs to do a better job of quality control. No issues with the seal kit itself.
