RealWheels RW0020VSB-2 Rubber Valve Stem Stabilizers for Aluminum Wheels - 2-Inch are designed to help prevent damage to extensions caused by rubbing against the wheel. Worn extensions can lead to air leakage and result in tire damage. They feature easy installation - simply align stabilizer with the extension and push into the cutout. They fit aluminum wheels with 2 and 2.2-inch hand holes. Each stabilizer is made of thick Buna rubber.

These were a perfect fit for my Georgetown 22.5” Alcoa wheels. The opening is 2” on my wheel.

Installed these 4 years ago. I used soap to ease installation. Very happy with the results. Without them I was damaging the rims and the TPMS transmitters on inside rear tires!

The 2" fits a Ram factory wheel perfectly. Looks fine, easy to install. Offers a secure mount for an extended valve stem on the inner dual wheel, protects against damage from vibration and inertia. Brilliant !

Bought these to insert into my rear wheel hub to protect the inner wheel valve stem from rubbing against the wheel. I added TPMS pressure gauges to the valve stem and the extra weight makes it rub. There were perfect for my wheels and were easy to install.

These weren’t an exact fit on my Alcoa rims, but seem close enough. Very expensive for the hollow, rubber material you receive though. I’d be much happier at $6-8 range.

High quality thick rubber, yes I received 2 stabilizers and they are thick, supple rubber. The hole in my wheel is 1 3/4" so I trimmed slightly and it fits tight and in my opinion very neatly. I never found inserts for my size wheel so I made them work. Picture below. I recommend this product.
