Spent hours installing because instructions are not detailed.Had to guess where to get power from, not illustrated.Had to guess door sensor wires to tap into. This is illustrated but black and white line drawing is hard to understand.After completion, the steps went up and won’t come back down.Tried all the restart methods and all I hear is click when it’s powered on.Will be returning if I can’t get support to get it to work

Don't get me wrong these powersteps are quality product. 1700 bucks recieved bad OBDII plug connector and have no ETA on when replacement part is to be sent out. Trying to get a hold of AMP is worse than a Saturday at the DMV in June. Options are wait it out in hopes the new plug fixes issue of inoperative steps. Or take the loss of labor install cost to send product back and move along. Just my opinion..
