How To Order Our Chains

If you order multiple quantities, they will be delivered as one continuous chain. The exception is welded brass chains, which have a maximum length of 10 feet. Quick connectors are available separately for extending chain lengths.

About Brass Chains	Brass chains can be used to decorate both indoor and outdoor spaces. About Steel Chains	Steel is one of the most popular metals of all time due to its strength and versatility. Additionally, it's a perfect metal for chain and decor because it can be finished to accentuate any room. Since steel is susceptible to rust, it's best for interior use only. Our hefty steel chains are ideal for hanging heavy chandeliers, large mirrors, and picture frames. About Stainless Steel Chains	When it comes to household hardware and products, stainless steel is used in just about everything. About Welded Chains	Welded chains, signified by a -W in the title, are made from links that are welded closed. This increases maximum weight load, but the links cannot be opened up to directly connect. A chain connector, sold separately, may be required to attach the chain.
About Unwelded Chains	Unwelded chains, signified by a -U in the title, are partially or entirely made from links that are not welded. The weight capacity will not be as high as welded chains, but for most unwelded chains, the links can be opened with pliers to adjust the length or directly connect to an item.
About Maximum Chain Lengths	Unwelded brass chains (-U) have no length restrictions, while welded brass chains (-W) may be limited to 10 feet. For continuous lengths over 10 feet of welded brass chains, please check with us for availability.

I bought this chain to hang a rather heavy driftwood and copper windchime I made. It looks great with the driftwood the patina on the copper and there is ample strength to it to safely support the windchime.

The pewter/gunmetal color has a yellow/brown tinge to it. Not quite gunmetal, but leaning toward an oiled brass hue. Not what I was looking for exactly.Wish this company would make 18 or 20 gauge chain in this style. Been waiting for years! I know the stained glass community would buy them out if they did.

This chain is perfect for hanging stained glass projects. It is of good quality and has a finished look to it. You can order choose the amount you need instead of ordering a whole roll. The appearance is great. The service is excellent and fast.

I buy this chain in 10’ lengths and then cut into different lengths depending on the sign I’m trying to hang works perfect for my use. Looks good, ease of use, durable and good value for me since it’s hard to find around local.
