This is a good bowl if that is all you are looking for. I thought this would keep my daughter's noodles/food warm in her lunch box. Needless to say, it did not. It does not hold the warmth in, it is just a container to hold food.

Easy to clean, spoon works well, keeps contents inside. It’s been perfect to give to my daughter with chili or bean salad with after school activities.

Perfect for heating up soups for lunch at work in the microwave. I often eat in my car and the handle is perfect for that. Sometimes if it is a tomato based soup or food, it does stain the inside a little bit, but I'm not really bothered by it. After using with non-red colored food a couple times after that, the stains fade. This is exactly what I was looking for for when I pack my lunch for work.

First of all the bowl is a good size so you should be able to fit pretty much anything into it that you'd like. A can of soup etc. It does come with a foldable spoon which sits in the top of the lid and when extended is surprisingly rigid. It washed up very nicely and held it shape. I know from prior experience with items made from this material they specifically state not to put into the dishwasher but I've had no problem! The lid screws down tightly and holds liquid in with no leaks. If you're in the market for something that you can put in your tote and take to work or a bowl you'd like to have around the house to reheat some leftovers this is when to consider.

I love this cup/dish. It’s a good size and can be used for many things, most notably soups for me. And I can use as a bowl or as a cup. And has vented lid, which I always find beneficial!
