After 27 months I found several rust through holes from the inside out.Currently communicating with Amazon for resolution, & will update when finished.This heavy mettle should not rust through from the inside of a sealed tube and especially at the top and side of the bar.

These bars look great and feel very solid. I bought these for my 2017 Ford F350 Super Duty and was worried about the years in the description but they fit perfectly. Took about an hour to install, would have been a little faster but there was some kind of undercoating on some of the studs from Ford. Just took my time so I did not cross thread the nut and stud.

These nerf bars look amazing! The install was quick and easy. My wife and kids love them as steps, and I love the look. The seam extremely sturdy and secure. My only gripe would be that walking up to the truck you can see the bolts on the underside of the bars. A silver dab, on my nice black bars. I wish the bolts had been black, like the bars. I'll likely just paint them black myself.All in all, I am very happy.

Overall this product is sharp looking and exactly what I wanted, but two of the supplied nuts won't thread onto the bolts due to the threads not being cut properly, the passenger side brackets are scarred up, and the drivers side bar had a loose piece of metal bouncing around inside of it (no way to get it out unless it you can shake the 20lb bar until it drops out of a screw hole, and who knows if the debris would fit through that hole.)If they shipped with quality nuts and bolts, the brackets had a more protective wrapping around them for shipping, and debris didn't enter the bar (cover the screw holes with tape while in shipping) then this would easily be a five star product.As is, it's frustrating to have to go to a hardware store with these partially assembled, and the rattle inside the bar could prove to be a problem. If I can't hear it while driving though, I can let it go for for the price.
