Great for letting light things easily hang or for ensuring no drops on your more delicate items like a radio and rangefinder. It is simple but it works.

Very versatile! This could definitely be used for more than just your range finder! (Electronic call remotes, mouth calls, thermal camera accessories, flashlight, etc). It seems very durable & holds a decent amount of weight. The clips at each end are pretty nice too. It stretches out so you're not stuck with a short little rope that can't reach your face. Overall I am very impressed with this product & plan to order a few more. I would definitely recommend purchasing if you're on the fence about buying.

I use the strap on my range finder so I don’t lose it or drop it out of a tree.nit was easy to hook up and works great. Nice stretch to it and coils right back up.

The first thing that I noticed with this lanyard was the length. When I ordered the short version, I think I expected it to be just a bit longer when stretched out. The big advantage, however, to this stubby version is that there is less of it to dangle and get in the way. Longer lanyards can easily get snagged on branches or other gear to cause problems. The materials used in construction seam robust enough to handle normal wear and tear, but I would not want to trust it against major abuse or extreme conditions. In this regard, I am mainly referring to the connection point between the cord and the quick detach buckle, which seems a bit thin. Regarding the quick detach buckle, this is what makes the shorter lanyard possible. Since it is not long enough to stretch far enough to use the device while connected (unless it is already in a chest rig maybe) you need to detach the device from the lanyard for normal operation. The hook style clasp on the other end of the tether seems designed to connect to some sort of ring. Whether it be a D ring on the gear or a key ring attached to something else, it is a convenient way of quickly connecting it.All things considered, I think this will be a very useful item for keeping expensive equipment safe.

This works great so you're not having to stuff a bunch of cord back into your case. Easily detaches if you need it too. There's plenty of stretch so you can keep it attached to your case.

I have this clipped to my vest style harness I wear in my deer stand and this works nice to hang my range finder from for quick access. The spiral cord is a nice touch to give you plenty of cord to pull the range finder up, but keep it bunched up so you aren't caught on everything while climbing up. There is a very simple plastic clip you can just carry range finder in pocket and clip on when sitting in the stand.

Seems like a good quality tether but it’s supposed to extent to almost 30 inches and I’m lucky if I can get 15 inches out of it.Other than that, it’s OK
