Needed to add four zones, simply slipped it in connected the wires and it instantly appeared on the screen and in my app.

Works as advertised. An easy way to add additional zones to an existing system. I would recommend buying the 6-station version over the 3-station for the convenience and future-proof your irrigation system. The additional cost of the upgrade is worth the savings in the event that you outgrow your existing panel and station modules.

Snapped right in. Hooked up my other zones and they run great.

This expansion module was purchased to expand my existing zoned sprinkler system. It worked great with installation only consisting of plugging in the module to the controller. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that it is outrageously expensive for what it is. It is likely only minimal circuitry and the selling price should be around $20. When you are spending $200+ for a controller, it should have all the zones built in. This is just a way for rain bird to scalp consumers.

Fits my Me controller expansion ports, price is reasonable, and it works (my rain comes on)! Can't really ask for more than that, can we?

I haven't had a chance to truly test this expansion module yet, but based on what arrived in the mail I expect it work just fine. It was super easy to install and wire up. But really, $60 for this? The whole ESP4ME unit can be had for $100 - much more complex than this little guy. Supply & demand I suppose, but still, I wouldn't mind if they found a slightly cheaper way to make these.
