These are not sterile, they are not individually wrapped, so yeah. No one should be selling medical supplies without them being actually sterile.

They don't come sterile and if you try to steam sterilize them (pressure cooker for 15 min in an appropriate sterilization bag) the valve comes loose and leaks.
