There's cheap and then there's CHEAP. This grip is JUNK, "cheap." I don't understand the mentality of manufacturing junk. I purchased this junk, thinking I had a "deal" Within minutes my camera registered my battery as being dead. So... I removed the grip and discovered that the battery was NOT the case. Pay the extra $10-$15 dollars and save the grief.

This is a good grip for the price. It attaches nicely to my A7IV body; there is no space between the bottom of the camera and the grip. The texture and color of the grip match that of the A7IV.All buttons work as the should once the grip is powered on. When the grip is not powered on, the camera can still make use of the two batteries in the grip and operate.The grip feels very light and goes not add a lot of extra weight to the camera.I am happy with this grip and look forward to using it a lot.

Always need more power on shoots and hate swapping out batteries while in the flow.. this grip does the Job and makes holding the camera sideways for profile pics a snap!. Plus it has extra controls built in that is super useful and surprising! It has both the Front and Rear Control dials and focus button And Multi-Selector! All work perfectly! So happy I got this!
