Sadly Neither the US or Japanese versions Brake shoes fit my 2006 Toyota. I struggled to put these on. My rotors where not fitting over the new shoes ugh. I even went thru both versions of this part just to be sure. Sadly, the noth parts didn't fit. I realized why they didn't fit was because the shoes had to be grinded down where it hits the caliper. I ended up using the us version and my grinder to make it fit.

My understanding is that the Wagner Quick Stop brake shoes are equivalent to the OEM brake shoes in all respects, but the ones i installed on my daughter's 2005 Toyota Corolla were not. The linings were much shorter than the OEM linings. Fortunately,the rear brakes don't do a lot on a front disc/rear shoe braking system so I don't see a real problem, but I don't expect they will last 120000 miles as the OEM shoes did. I would not buy these again!
