Me agradó que llegó antes de lo previsto, en buenas condiciones , ensamblado bastante fácil, muy silenciosa al bajar o subir, estoy satisfecha con la compra.Lo único que no me satisfizo fue que pensé que , por lo menos, lo entraban a la casa, es pesado !

It works like a dream, super comfy and I’m extremely happy with it. The only “issue” is that the Zero Gravity feature will go into a different position each time you press the button which for me isn’t a big deal at all. The assembly was pretty difficult mostly because the instructions are pretty confusing. It took my boyfriend and i several hours to put it together but once we deciphered the instructions it didn’t take too long and was relatively easy. You’ll definitely need 2 people to assemble it.
