The clips seem to be built well but they are difficult to keep open. The plastic covers allow the clips to move when trying to make a connection. Once connected they work very well.

The clips are very small and slippery. Also a lot of play on the clips so it doesn't align when closed.

The insulation on these clips slips and slides as you try to squeeze them to open them and makes them very hard to use. Even if you slide the insulation back, the metal surface is so smooth, it's still hard to get a good grip on them to open them, especially if you're reaching into a restricted area where you can barely see or reach into. I will be looking elsewhere for another set. The quality seemed good, and they will do the job, but with way too much difficulty.

Wires are not too short or too long. The clips could be a little bigger but they work especially in tight areas.

These alligator clips are the perfect size for working in confined spaces etc. wires are a good length and clips are easy to compress. I use the for working on my guitar electronics, testing pick ups and circuits. They work excellent as heat sinks protecting capacitors when soldering components. Good quality, good price. Everyone needs several of these in their tool box. I will buy more.

I just got them delivered so have not had a chance to use them yet but they look like what I needed I am installing a console in my car and needed several clips to test wiring these had covers over clips so they won't short out will give them a go and see Thank you
