Replacing the fuel tank seal or gasket is a vital part of the fuel pump replacement process. Quantum tank seals are made exclusively from Viton which are impervious to ethanol and other chemicals that degrade conventional rubber over time. I would have given this 5 stars but the gasket for the VST tank cover it’s not a perfect fit, I’m a mechanic by trade so I was able to manipulate the gasket gently to get it to fit and then it was…..ok it’s on NOW put the lid on QUICK HAHA! Other than that for the price It works
