Three months ago I started the RMA process with Pyle due to the unit failing.The device was great but with a total of 5 hours run time on the device and it failed is kind of concerning.Add in the fact that support took 1 month to even finalize a RMA for the device to be sent in was a whole other process. The support staff is literally unhelpful, they provide a basic service with smart remarks, or no response for the address to where to send the device. Within the month they see their support issue and immediately issue me a label, because it was their fault they ended up paying for the shipping there.Second month goes by with no word on the repair.Third month device is repaired and being shipped back with no provided tracking info. The support user via email closed my case when inquiring about the device shipment status. Insisting "Have you not received it yet?" I asked for a tracking number and they then closed my support request.If I had to purchase anything from Pyle again, I wouldn't do it. The simple fact that people have recommended this device to me for my ailing mother is a huge concern and waste of money.If it never comes, I hope that Pyle understands that my mother with Stage 4 cancer is going without a nice stereo device all because of their negligence.

Bought this for my wife for Mother’s Day. She loves it. The sound is amazing, and fills our living room and dining room. We haven’t figured out how to set radio presets but we will. The cd player plays disc perfectly. Update 10/8Came home from shopping and unit will not turn on . Red power light is on but when you try to turn on unit clicks then goes back to just red power light. 4 months of use, great while it lasted.

Updated. Now mine is doing the exact same thing. These things are junk! *Bought a second one as a gift for a friend. 8 Eight days later, the system gave out on them. It wouldn't even turn on so that they could retrieve their cd. Had to return it with their cd still in it. Very disappointed. Customer service is non-existent. So my friends are disappointed. I'm frustrated. Out a cd. And now wait up to 37 days for my $ back. Would not recommend purchasing this item. Others have had their system just stop working, too, according to the reviews. You've been informed.

Great quality for the price I paid. Not interested in the Karaoke feature. Mainly wanted it to play CDs & CD-Rs. For that it delivers a deep, rich sound quality with great bass response as well.

This pyle home cd player has a big punch for the buck the sound quality is pretty good. This pyle player is great on our book case doesn't take up much space. It's not a super fancy cd player but it is clean looking and the grey wood finish is pretty good and well put together and sturdy. If you dont want to spend hundreds of dollars for cd player this cd player is a good value. Added a powered subwoofer to the pyle player on the back to the audio out R and L added so much more sound quality when playing cds. Notice when using Bluetooth playing from phone music the external subwoofer cancel out no sound to the subwoofer. I don't know why this happens. I wish the remote was illuminated. Either then that no complaints its a Great value less than 200 dollars can't beat it. After purchasing this pyle home cd player the right speaker no longer working update New update 12/14/2024 year has gone by since i purchased this stereo it sit on the cabinet shelf for a year. I was deciding to throw it out or give it another chance. I needed music for the holidays i decided to fix this stereo i replaced the speakers with 3 inch 40 watt per speakers high output 80 watts when i disassemble the stereo completely it was made of card board materials thin finish paper glued I had to be careful taking it apart it had two 20 watt speakers such under powered for a 100 watts per channel stereo. blowing out the 20 watt speaker with a 200 watt system not good set up bad quality speakers for this system. I Now have beautiful sound since I fix it. 3 inch 40 watt full range or better wattage speaker needed.
