BGMで流しているネットラジオ用としてバックロード自作のフルレンジスピーカー⁽FE103NV⁾に追加。添付のインピーダンスグラフからインピーダンス5Ωコンデンサー1.0μファラドで計算すると約4000HZでマイナス18dBになり理論上はちょうどいい塩梅。実際聴いてみて驚きました！音の輪郭がしっかりし、シンバルなどの金属音が素晴らしく伸びています。尚且つフォステクスT90Aと比べて高温の滑らかさが上回っている感じ。しかも値段は10分の一以下！しかしFE103は高音が割と強く伸びてますのでコンデンサーは0.82ないし0.68でもいいかもしれない。同じものであろう黒のつや消しもありましたがカラーコーディネイトからこちらを選択しました。会社の住所はUS、NYになっていますがおそらく中国製でしょうね。ツイーターにエージングなど必要あるのかどうか知れませんがしばらく注意して聴いていようと思います。追記約20時間聴いた結果やはりエージングは必要でした。だいぶ音の滑らかさが増したような、しかし音圧も少し下がったような感じがします。そもそもT90Aより音圧は若干低いのですがこれぐらいでちょうどいいかも。音質劣化の少ないアッテネーターなしの1.0㎌で4000から10000ぐらいまでほぼフラットではないかと感じます。因みにT90A₍8Ω₎は同じくアッテネータなしの0.33㎌結線を左チャンネル、Pyle28を右チャンネルとして聴き比べました。音圧以外はほぼ同等という感じ。1.0でしばらく聴いていこうと思います。これ以上音圧が下がらないことを願って。

These look like quality made speakers, but the description is totally wrong. It says 3.125" diameter, which is 3 1/8", which would have fit my application. They are not, they are 2 3/8" diameter. See in the pictures on the left is the blown tweeter I am replacing, on the right is the Pyle. The second picture is a close up showing the holes are 2 3/8 apart, not 3 1/8. So I'm sending them back since they don't fit. This is the SECOND time the amazon

This tweeter can be a bit shrilly, but a good EQ can take the edge off. Other than that the sound is pretty good. The price is reasonable for the sound quality you get. I used a good quality crossover in my setup, so that may help how it sounds. Installing this is not easy and that is why I would put this at an overall rating of 3. The terminals for the speaker wires stick out which affects installation. That combined with the very large magnet ( which is a good thing ) it is hard to install, cut a hole for it to fit, etc. you basically have to cut two slots for the wire terminals. Be careful to only make them as deep as needed. If you cut the slots too deep you will have a cosmetic issue on the finished look of the installation. Like a visible hole! Despite that I bought four of these tweeters and am pleased with the product.

The picture showing my diy speaker build is just a temporary set up where I tested them out. I’ve got a permanent home for them soon. Anyway, I decided to build my own Front Left Right and Center Speakers for my living room Home Theater. And I’m glad I bought these tweeters. They are awesome 😎. I asked Pyle tech support if I should use the included capacitor in addition to a crossover and they said yes, that it would smooth out and protect the tweeters even more. So I took their advice and WOW these tweeters are solid and crystal clear in a warm way when set up with the capacitor and crossover in a Home Theater setting. I paired them with Goldwood Sound GW-6028 Rubber Surround 6.5" Woofer 170 Watts 8ohm Replacement Speaker in all 3 speakers and DS18 PRO-X4M Loudspeaker - 4", Midrange, Red Steel Basket, 200W Max, 100W RMS, 8 Ohms - Premium Quality Audio Door Speakers for Car or Truck Stereo Sound System with 2-Way Passive - Crossover - 3000 Hz - 600 Watts in the Front Left and Right Speakers, andAiyima 2pcs 200W 3 Ways Speaker Crossover Speaker Filter Frequency Divider in the Center Speaker. You can find all these on Amazon. Now I’m able to hear every detail in movies even when music and explosions/action is in the background. It’s so detailed and clear and warm that it’s like I bought $2,000 Speakers. My surround satellites are Pyle PDWR33 Speakers and they do an awesome job. Currently I have a 7.2 set up on an Onkyo TX-SR608 and it’s out of this world now. I’m looking at getting the Denon X4500H sometime in the future and add Atmos to my Home Theater. But for now these tweeters in this setup has made my system brand new again. I highly recommend them. One drawback is they are tricky to install because of the magnet size and the terminals that stick out from the magnets, but it’s not impossible to install them. For under $12 how can you complain? Go for it.

For how cheap these speakers are, I'd say they're pretty nice. Very solid construction and surprisingly heavy for their size. However, when installing these I noticed they seem to exhibit a soft hissing sound, even though I am nearly positive I have all of my wiring correctly grounded and my power cables are ran through the center of the car while my RCAs are on a side of it. Unsure why this is but if you are a beginner in audio I would highly recommend steering clear of these and maybe going for a 2-4 inch speaker as it will have a much broader frequency range. These also have a very high SPL which means that while they are quite loud, they will suffer from quality loss at low levels.EDIT [5/11/17]: The hissing has almost completely subsided and is only noticeable at high volumes when nothing is playing. I love these things. They get super loud and don't distort even when I have them as maxed out as I can with my current setup.

These bad boys are loud and crisp, just like they should be, when you provide enough power! If you're using these in an indoor venue (house, bar, etc.) you'll probably want to use an EQ of some kind to kill the highest band.If you're making a custom box and plan to use these, be prepared to patiently cut out the mounting hole for these. The wire terminals stick out to the side of the magnet, forcing you to cut notches into the hole just so you can slide those through without damage. If you position the notches just next to the screw holes they will not be visible when the tweeter is rotated into position. It was time consuming, but I'm very happy with the final product.

Bought this item used and it came looking brand new. It sounds absolutely great. I just cranked my system up and I am blown away by how loud ONE of these tweeters are. I can only imagine how its gonna be when I hook up the other 3. WOW. Little units with LOUD highs. I am 200% satisfied with my purchase!!-update-Awesome tweeters. Once hooked up right which isn't hard to do; you WILL get good performance. I use 2 capacitors and 1 resistor(ceramic white type 10w12ohms) and these just sound heavenly. Also note I bought these used and they are perfect. (2 caps because they are wired with midrange speakers and I do get really loud at times. Protects them from high mid bass in the circuit)

The tweeters has a nice finish. These can take some abuse I have it wired in with my boss 500 watt component speakers running them with a 2800 watt 4 channel amp 700 watts a channel had to turn the amp down because they were distorting the high. Besides they will blow your ear drums out with the amp turned down anyway. If you like symbols in your music these sound great. I have them in a Dakota truck they would work in a bigger vehicle where they aren't so close to your ears. I would mount the low in the vehicle like in the kick panels I mounted them in the doors they are to close to your ears this high.
