I bought this for my 18 year old daughter and she loves it. I love it because it gets her away from her phone. She is happy while she works on it and it gives her a sense of accomplishment. I'll buy another again.

My dad used to do latch hook rugs all the t8me when her got older. I used to sit and watch him so I figured it was time for me to take the plunge. This kit is a perfect place to start.Included is everything you need, canvas, yarn, and hook. The canvas is printed well with the design so it’s easy to know what color of yarn goes where. The yarn is easy to work with, the latch hook tool is easy to handle. All in all, a great easy first step kit. I think I will pick some more up for the kids -great buy!

This little panda is just the most adorable little guy ever. This is a great project to make for a child. In fact, a child could even do it themselves depending on their age. Younger ones might need some instruction.The colors are clearly printed on the canvas. Every item you need is included. The edges are finished off. The yarn colors are bright and vibrant. The nice thing is that the entire project is about 12 inches by 12 inches so it's not going to be terribly time-consuming. It is something you can complete fairly quickly depending at which speed you work.Great purchase of a quality product.

This is a nice latch hook kit that includes everything you need to get started. There is plenty of yarn, a hook, and the pattern. I didn’t have any issues seeing the colors on the template, but I did need to enlist the help of a YT video to understand the mechanics of the craft as a first-timer. There are instructions but I wasn’t getting it. Luckily a small child had a tutorial that helped. Now that I have the hang of it, I’m making progress. It looks very cute and is a relaxing craft for any age. It is a good gateway to crafts like crochet because it has similar concepts but is much easier in my opinion. For those with short attention spans, you can do a few loops and move on to the next thing, or stick with it and eat up some time on a foul-weather day. In terms of quality, this is a kit for beginners like myself. It’s not an heirloom piece, it is a cute decoration that can be a lot of fun to put together with a child or grandchild to build some memories and keep them off the screens.

At 8 x 12 inches, this is a small latch hook project but that really is what I was wanting. I didn't want something that would take forever. I wanted my niece to be able to accomplish it without losing interest. So far, so good. She's enjoying it. Learning the technique is simple, of course though the latch hook tool that comes with the kit leaves a bit to be desired. It works, but if you want to encourage someone to learn to love this craft, I recommend you pick up a hook from the store. Otherwise, this is turning out to be a fun project.

This latch hook kit is not real big so it should not take long to finish. It comes in a box with all of the yarn you need individually separated by color. Each bundle is coded to coincide with a symbol on the chart. The chart is good for helping you know what color goes where. People who have done cross stitch or diamond painting will feel very familiar with this kit. The canvas itself is printed with the design, but you will still need to refer to the chart for accuracy. The canvas is bound on all 4 sides with a finishing tape. Once this latch hook kit is complete, it will be ready to hang, or you can turn it into a pillow or some other decoration. The kit also includes a small latch hook to help you get started.

I taught my youngest how to do a latch hook with this kit and she absolutely loves it. The pattern is cute and simple while having enough variation to keep her entertained throughout the project. Even if you aren't a beginner, this is a great kit that comes with everything you need to occupy yourself for a time.

This little latch hook kit is so cute. My daughter is just getting into crafts and I thought I'd try a latch hook with her. The yarns are all well labeled and packaged. The pattern could be a bit bigger to see for my older eyes, but it is fine for her brand new eyes. The hook seems sturdy enough to use for the project. I like that the edges of the canvas are sealed so that it isn't scratchy. I do wish that it included a frame or some sort of hanger so that we can do something straight away with it.
