Well packaged, easy to set up. Like the idea of the safety button on the hot water button to prevent potential burns, although some finger dexterity is needed to push it back & then push down on the hot water dispenser side. Also like the idea of being able to turn off the heating element & have just chilled H2O. If put on a kitchen counter make sure you leave room for venting from the fan. Don’t place flush to a wall. Suggestion of 3 prong plug that doesn’t stick out but flatter due to space constraints.

This little bad boy is getting more use than a rose toy left in a convent! 5 gallon jug?? Yep! 20oz water bottle?? Yep, it fits that too!! With this baby, size really doesn't matter! Boiling hot water on one side and frosty cold on the other.

It doesn't heat the water. The cold water isn't cold. Instructions are confusing. Would not buy again

The good is that the machine is easy to set up -- just putting the bottle on the top and flicking the switch in the back of the machine. The quality is okay, not the best, but definitely not the best even for the price ($100 for 17" unit).The bad, very bad, is that the water acquired a bad taste. I was better off drinking room-temperature water from the bottle using a small electric pump that I also bought at Amazon (ASIN B09DSYL64Q).

When I originally received the product, it was damaged and overheating. I returned it disappointed with two jugs of water I could not do anything with. Customer service reached out to me to fix the problem. They provided me a new one. The new one works great! There is a bit of an issue when it comes to the flavor of water. I suppose it needs time to clean itself out, so it's a bit tedious. Overall, I would definitely recommend it. Make sure you get caps for your water jugs.
