First, there is a typo on the bottle - do NOT use a whole cup of this. It is way too much and the scent will blow you awayThey need to fix this - you add one CAPFUL of the oxidizer, and two CAPFULS of the enzyme. The bottle for the enzyme says cup (cupful) but it should read capful.My other issue is the scent - they shouldn't have scented both bottles. One is enough.Scent is personal preference, so I'm not going to mark them down for that. You might like it.But I did not like the scent at all, I should have gone with the unscented. I often use real eucalyptus essential oil, which I love and helps clear out the sinuses. But to me, this has an artificial and perfume smell to it. It gives me a headache. It's also very strong. I was hoping to use it in both the cold plunge and the hot tub, but my kids who normally enjoy eucalyptus won't go near it.Otherwise it's a fine product and fairly standard clarifier to maintain good water quality. It's easy to use, and you don't need to wait to plunge or swim - it dissolves fast, I would suggest waiting a couple minutes then you can jump in.

I was excited for a cold plunge before I thought much about all the maintenance that a cold plunge would require. I love the smell of eucalytpus and appreciate that it has an enzymatic action to dissolve and resolve the issues, rather than simply mask them.

When I ordered these products I didn't realize that you would need a pump system. I have a plunge pool without pump circulation so I don't think the products will work for me. I guess I'll be giving these to someone who can use them. The scent of the mint eucalyptus does smell refreshing.

Even though it's for Cold Water Plunge, I am using this for my hot tub. It's keeping the water clean and has a very light good scent.

I've been using hot tub chemicals in my cold plunge for a while and it's just really a best guess. I typically heat up a bowl of water and mix the chemicals in there, so they fully disolve and then put that into the cold plunge. I know that's not the best idea and I think my body intuatively knows that concentrated chlorine vapors aren't super healthy.That said- I was eager to try these and have been happy with the results. My water was already fairly clear, but the ingredients in these products are different than anything I have or have used before, so I do think the water is clearer having used it for a week.That said- the instructions on the back are conflicting with the instructions on the listing. The bottle says a cupful per 100 gallons and the listing image says a capful. These are 16oz, so a cup is 8oz and there would only be two uses per container? I didn't think that was right so I got back on the listing and saw capful on the listing and am assuming that's what it meant. If it says cupfull, they should include a cup, or just say capful.If it's 8oz a use, there is no way this is economically viable. If it's a capful, then it's about $1/use so keep that in mind. Overall, I'm happy with it and will update my review later on if that changes.

This additive seems to help keep cold plunge water fresher for longer. It cuts down on any musty or stale smell and helps maintain a cleaner feel between full water changes. Easy to use and doesn't leave any noticeable residue ... solid option for low-maintenance upkeep.
