Cant give high enough reviews to this one. I went through 3 different cords from gamestop, fred myers, and some other game shop. NOT A SINGLE ONE WORKED! So i gambled with this one and it works perfectly. And its cheaper. And there was an additional extension on the cord to charge my psp from the usb while hooking it up! A+++++

I have a PSP and wanted to conect it to my laptop to do all the things I have read about. I bought this cable from this site (mainly because of the great price) and it came by mail with no problems exactly when they said it would. Good quality and works great. I would do business with them again.

I recently bought a PS3 mainly so I could play Little Big Planet. That's great, but it's a whole lot of fun to play with friends and attack each other with stickers and punch each other with your little sackperson arms. I can't afford a Dual-Shock 3 right now, but I have 5 PS2 controllers; one is even wireless. So I ordered this with amazon prime and it worked wonderfully when I went over to my friend's house.The problems:-There is no way to press the "PS Button," despite what I read in other reviews. If you turn analog off, your D pad works like the left thumbstick. That's a problem for assigning player numbers.-When you leave it plugged in when you turn on your PS3, it becomes player 1. When i turned on my SIXAXIS it said it was Player 3, even though the PS2 controller was the only other one connected, so I don't really get that. I was able to leave it unplugged until i opened LBP, and then I had the option to add a guest to the game. If my friend has to leave, the best way to disable their player is to unplug the USB connector.-Most PS3s only have 2 USB ports. I haven't tried a USB hub yet, but I like to have my Eye Toy and USB keyboard plugged in usually, so it gets cramped.-The cord can get in the way, and USB pulls out a lot easier than the PS2 plug.-I have a PSP 1000. I don't know about other models, but I felt like I would damage the cable if i tried to plug in the data cable and the power cable at the same time. I was under the impression I could use both at the same time. Not a big deal, but just so you know.**Short version:**I bought this so I could charge my PSP in the car for about $4, and it makes a handy USB cable for other things, too. You just plug it to any USB port, USB car adapter, or USB wall adapter, and you've got yourself a PSP charger. Great price, works fine.

I'm not sure why other reviews say this cable doesn't work for their PSP 3000's. It fits perfectly as well as performs perfectly for my PSP 3000. If their cable is this exact product then they must be doing something wrong if it is not working correctly.As for the cable itself, it is composed of one end connecting to a USB with the other end having 3 cords for different purposes. A great multipurpose cable. It's performing exactly what I need it to.

This is a great usb cable for the Sony Playstation Portable. I have a black PSP slim. I transfer videos from my PC to my PSP with this cable, and it works great. As someone else mentioned, I was surprised to find that it also has a charging cable attached, so that you don't have to worry about your battery draining while connected to the PC at the same time. It's sturdy and everything fits snug as well. Plus, it's very cheap! Great product.

This seller states that this USB cable is for the Sony PSP.I am here to tell you dear buyersThis cable is not for the sony PSP these guys are selling people the wrong merchandise.This seller will not respond to your e-mailbecause this seller know that they are wrong for selling people false USB cable that isn't even campatible with the Sony PSP.
