Reflective tape is adequate but the fabric feels cheap. The Reflective tape removes any stretchability the shirt has

The shirts look and feel good. Only down side is the two lower reflective bands are slightly tight, but not to the point that I will return the shirt.

These shirts are excellent they are breathable and keep you cool in hot weather. The color stays nice and bright even after alot of wash cycles. The fit in my opinion is perfect to size. These shirt hold up very well in a tough environment also since I have been using them on the railroad.
