All kidding aside it's adjustable a fair amount, made of aluminum but seems to be good quality. Using it on my Honda Shadow right now.

I used this along with an aftermarket rear set and modified shift lever on my 1972 R5C Cafe Bike Build. Looks good and worked well with good adjustability.
