I know this is for football, bi Coach a Youth Basketball team, ages 9-11 & 11-13, and the biggest problem young players have is taking the ball inside, or if/when they do, they consistently miss layups.It's unorthodox, but I had an idea to hit them & show them it won't hurt, but also teach them body control when going inside. I lined them up, had them toss a ball off the backboard, and bumped them with the pad. By the end of the 1st season, we were converting "And 1s" regularly, which definitely adds up & helps you win games. I will NEVER Coach w/out this. Ever.

I have never used this product before, but looks to be something our team can use in individual training. Looking forward to testing it out.

I incorporate these for basketball drills, and they allow for physical free hand play and some extra contact on the finish.
