The listing clearly says "12-pack, cool gray" - but only 1 single pencil arrived. I just paid $13 for one pencil!

No complaint about prismacolor pencil quality. But this one I bought as a single and it came with an ugly blank white sticker wrapped around it . Removing the big white sticker peeled the pencil surface paint off and left a nasty sticky residue that refuses to come off and feels gross to touch. Why? Why did they ruin the pencil?

My daughter uses these religiously in her artwork. They have bold pigment and soft cores. These are fantastic for coloring, blending, and shading.
