Took tires to get balanced 5 times and still can't them get to balance.

I had these tires at several different shops trying to get balanced. The closest any of the shops could get was more than 10 oz. of weights(more than the legal limits of balance)! The last shop actually put a guage on the tires rotating on the balance machine, and all 4 tires were between 1/4" & 1/2" out of round (which causes heavy vibration). I'm trying to return the tires, but the problem is that they are on my truck and the tire shop disposed of the old tires. I've been in contact with Amazon Customer Service and they had to reach out to the seller. Supposedly the seller is going to reach out to me, but I'm not holding my breath on that (as it has already beenacoupleofdays)! I now have to go buy another set of tires and get them mounted, balanced and installed just to send the unusable ones back! Who really has that kind of time and money to waste to have another set of tires done? SMH!

Great value for the price! I initially was hesitant because the price point was so affordable but I have to say I am beyond pleasantly surprised! I like the aggressive / deeper tread look for my SUV but smooth performance - I GOT IT!ABSOLUTELY will buy again!!
