bottom of 5 gallon door had a couple of dents in it upon arrival. almost seems like it was used and returned. other than that everything else looks good.

This is super sleek and modern looking I love that it’s a bottom loader! Makes it so much easier took about three days to reach for coldness potential the only drawback is it’s pretty loud when it is making the water cold if that makes any sense but not annoying enough to get rid of it definitely a good investment

Really easy to use. Three squirts makes good sparkle. I haven’t counted how many uses I’m getting out of a bottle, but so far I’m happy.We’re happy with the product.

I purchased this product for my parents who are older and have shoulder issues. They have been easily able to load and unload the water cooler along with easily managing set up cleaning everything exponentially better than the top loaders. Also my mom likes the fact you can set small item on top of it.

We purchased this b/c our refrigerator water was too slow! This is perfect. Powerful stream & refreshingly cold water. The refrigeration part is a little noisy, but not a deal breaker. Wipes down ease. Very easy, convenient to change water bottle, my 8 year-old can do it!

I love the fact that I do not have to lift heavy bottles. I really like the light on it, and that it is really a great looking machine. Slender and does not take up a lot of space.

I bought this back in May of 2017 and it has been working great ever since I love it has saved me money from having to buy bottled water and I've had no problems so far works great! After 6 years it started leaking!!

Works great. Water is nice and cold when dispersed. Water is nice and hot and ready to use for cooking. Hot water boiling in problem once on stove top. Love the night light also

Lo recibí como producto importado desde EEUU, por lo cual no lo pude regresar. El dispensador de agua caliente nunca funcionó, y los dos de agua a temperatura ambiente y agua fría daban SÓLO agua fría - muy fría. Después de unos meses los sellos de las tuberías se echaron a perder, cosa que pude arreglar. Luego se echó a perder algo más y solamente sube agua para un vaso o dos, y luego dice que el garrafón está vacío. Ahora, después de más de un año, en cual tiempo solo funcionó por unos seis meses (y nunca bien), lo voy a tirar a la basura...
