If you own a 2003 Polaris Trail boss, and you need to repair or replace, drive belt, clutch, rear swing arm bushing, rear motor mounts Etc. you will need this tool. I have used this tool multiple times with a battery impact. Its quality holds up. If you don’t need this you will. I would recommend this tool to every Polaris trail boss owner. It’s worth its weight in gold.

Worked well removing the primary clutch pulley on my Kawasaki Mule. I had to use my impact to tighten it enough.

Worked great on my Polaris Ranger 570 full size. You may need a strong impact to drive it in. I tried with my smaller Dewalt impact driver first and it couldn't move it even at the highest torque setting. Had to bust out my big boy dewalt impact to get the clutch to pop. Couldn't have been easier. Great value for the money

Terrible product!!!!!! Most frustrating way to ruin an engine ever!!! The cheap metal stripped 4 threads in. Torque required to remove stripped tool bent my crank shaft. Save yourself some trouble and your machine DO NOT BUY.Roger Aiken Jr Polaris certified technician
