Sorry, but it’s not even worth the money. I know it’s cheap; the labels get stuck every single time, and the materials are extremely low quality — it looks like a toy.

It took awhile to figure out how to load the label rolls. Once it's loaded it works well.

I do the flea market every once in a while and in the past I have bought a package of labels at the dollar store and sat down for hours making up price tags by hand. I WISH I thought of getting one of these sooner. I went to the flea market again a couple of weeks ago and this saved me so much time making price tags. Honestly I had them all done in under half an hour with this wonderful tool. I had no idea this even existed until I accidentally saw one on Amazon.This is made of plastic so if you plan to use this for hours every day don't expect it to last a year. But for my purposes it should last a few. It is easy to use once you figure it out and I do admit it sometimes takes me a while to figure things out. It took under half an hour for me so if you are smarter than me which is likely then it should take you less time.I highly recommend this for a time saver for occasional price tag needs but not for commercial large volume commercial purposes.

However, changing prices by manually turning the dials is more tedious for items that need individualized prices rather than bulk batches with the same price.Learning Curve:The initial set up and loading of labels takes a bit of trial and error. The instructions could be much clearer. But once I got the labels threaded and dials moving smoothly, it began working as expected.In the end, if you need to price products in large batches regularly, this NaviLintek labeling kit is a reliable and economical choice compared to pricier label printers. There is a slight learning curve for loading and dialing in the prices. But the print quality is adequate, the kit includes useful extras, and the 2-line printing allows for adding dates or other info. For the price, it's a solid labeling tool to have on hand once you get the hang of it.

It's not really suitable for North America use, honestly designer tried to cater so much and make an all round tag gun many country like Japan, China, European countries, etc. I'd like to spend less time adjusting because I don't want to go through from Euro, Yen to finally pick $They could focus on a continent instead, because some print stamp could easily be replaced or just remove. The upper stamp could have its own + taxOn top of that the roller to change character stamp change several rows even if you are aligned properly. So it's like a manufacturing problem.Other than that, it does print very cleanly.

Luckily the price tag gun is all ready to go out of the box. I'll have to figure out how to change the ink or paper when it runs out.The price gun is pretty simple to use. Turn the dials to the numbers you want, and press the trigger. When I first looked at this I noticed some of the dials were numbers and some were letters and some had special characters. I assumed when I wanted to use a certain letter, it would be there. So I was a little confused why all the letters aren't given as options.It would have been nice to have a chart in the user manual that shows which digit has which characters. That way it's easy to tell which ones have the dollar signs and which ones have the decimals. It's only the first two digits on the second line that don't have the numbers 0-9, and have letters instead. Otherwise it's a lot of scrolling around trying to figure it out. Also when you get to the black ones, those are the other side. There is also a blank spot both at the top and the bottom of each roll.The characters are as follows: The ones with characters I do not recognize I put a "?" I needed a price gun with the alphanumeric two-line for my dealer code and price. These are not easy to reload the label or ink, but its manageable. My first broke after I changed the ink pad as instructed, it was never the same after until pieces started falling apart. I ordered a different "brand" and got the same product. It's holding up, but I can already tell its a matter of time before I have the same issue.

I bought this item for the 2-line printing, to replace my Monarch which seems to not print the last 2 digits on the second line. The first roll went great- perfect date and batch stamps.BUT, when I had to replace the roll - which is super tiny, and does NOT stay in place on the roll holder - I wasted a good 45 minutes trying to follow the photo directions provided - which are missing a few key details!45 minutes later, I think I got the paper in the right way, but keeps jamming! Clear the jam, it jams again!I HATE THIS PRODUCT!!!!! I need a GOOD PHOTO of the INTERRIOR to see EXACTLY where and where NOT to thread the roll. Going back to Monarch - I plan to throw this expensive useless thing out the window.

Let me get this out of the way: the instructions, while appreciated, aren't very good... They're kinda small, hard to read (they have pictures that're hard to see and figure out exactly what's going on), and they're the black and white version of the colour instructions you can find on the product listing page so certain things that're coloured (like a cyan arrow) on the item page here on Amazon can't be seen pretty much at all on the printed page of instructions.**LUCKILY!** There's a video that shows you (and that you can see in motion) how to do anything you might need to! Inserting the price tags, changing, the roller, and setting up your price tag by manually rolling the numbers and symbols around. There's also a handy reference chart so you can pre-plan what you need to put in place to get a certain tag.Woops, that was an awful lot of preface, huh...?I opened my package to find the gun already set to go, but since I've never used a price-tag gun before, I followed the instructions from the beginning and confused myself unnecessarily. I thought I maybe had to insert the strip of tags through an extra hole or something like that and didn't quite get the press and roll function to get them to stick, so I basically gave myself way more work than I needed to for no good reason...After watching the video, though, (because as mentioned before the printed instructions aren't the best) I was printing and sticking labels in no time flat! The labels come with an awful lot of options, they're simple but very legible and you get a heck of a lot of them! There are also some orange labels (which I haven't tried and won't need to use for a while anyway). There are also a pair of gloves that I would definitely recommend for use when changing the ink rollers since I managed to get a decent amount of ink on my fingers just playing around with the gun and giving myself an entirely self-created headache.**Don't overthink the installation! It's actually crazy simple and JUST WORKS!**The over-complication was entirely my fault and the price gun works great. The labels stick well and look good. Easy to read and with plenty of customization depending on what you might be pricing.Easy 5/5 from me, but if for some silly reason I should find a fatal flaw later, I'll come back to amend my review. I'd definitely recommend it.
