I've owned mine for about 3 years and ONCE I TOOK THE TIME TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, it became a pleasure to work with. No issues at all with sound quality, knobs, or really anything wearing out. Treat your equipment well and it (usually) performs well. I didn't ask for any tech support - and really, I think people jump to tech support waaaay too quickly when they can't figure out how to operate something they purchased, rather than just read how to do it or Google it or search YouTube. No complaints whatsoever - highly recommend, especially for the price.

Decent, but a bit cheaply made with multiple bent knobs. I’m stuck with the deck now as it’s a pain to return and I need this now for work. Software is a nice touch for sure, has some bugs, nice addition though. Spend more on a higher quality company would be my advise, or be prepared to return and exchange in the hope you get one that is built better. It gets the job done at least, bummer it’s got build errors that are very obvious for basic quality control. I hope the bent knobs are the only issues, but the build quality is a bit worrying.

The power it has. How easy it is to get around and mix.

I love this little mixer! I was looking for something compact that I could on small gigs as well as in my home studio. I did a lot of research and bought this because the built-in audio interface is actually 96 kHz and multi-channel, a lot of these all-in-one mixers aren't. The sound quality is great. I've already done some new recordings and can definitely tell a difference from my previous interface. It's really handy to have the mixer for monitoring myself while I'm recording. I wasn't so sure that I'd use the SD recorder when I bought it, but now I'm loving the convenience of being able to just record something quick without turning on the rest of my gear. The bluetooth is a cool convenience feature and it paired right up to my phone without a hassle. Another review mentioned wobbly knobs and I have to say that I don't agree. The build quality is really solid and it feels rugged to me.

I had a ton of people recommend this to me and I pre ordered it. After some tests, the knobs felt weak, lack of a compression knob per channel put me off a bit, even running cloudlifters and almost max gain this can barely give me a decent recording signal for my sm7b's, and during the first recording in Logic, one mic dropped out for no reason and didn't record while the two remaining Mics only recorded one on the left channel and one on the right channel. I lost an entire 90 podcast episode with a huge Indie Film director cause of this. My $90 Behringer mixer I had prior was way better.
