Determine your most fertile days
Pregmate ovulation tests detect levels of Luteinizing Hormone (LH) in urine.
Test procedure:
- Dip the test into the urine for 3-5 seconds.
- Lay the strip flat.
- Read results in 5 minutes.
Positive:
If two lines are visible and the test line is equal to or darker than the control line, one will probably ovulate in the next 24-48 hours. Make love over the next 2 days following the first positive test result to maximize your chances of becoming pregnant.
Negative:
Only one line appears in the control area or the test line is lighter than the control line. This means there is no LH surge.
Measuring LH on a numeric basis, in addition to basic ovulation testing, may provide a better understanding of your LH levels and the timing of LH surge, LH peak and ovulation window.
- Compare the Test Line to the lines on the Color Chart. The numbers on the chart represent the corresponding LH levels.
- Graph your result on the Fertility Chart and keep track of your LH curve from month to month.
Measuring LH levels
Low: Test Line is lighter than line 25 on the color chart.
High: If Test Line is similar to or darker than line 25, your LH is nearing a surge or surging. Most women at this concentration will ovulate within the next 48 hours.
Peak: If Test Line is darker than line 40, your LH is nearing its highest levels.

Easy to use, read, and understand. The QR code provides easy to use instructions and the app is also easy to use. Fairly accurate when used in conjecture with other testing to make sure it's accuracy of the reading.

I went through this entire bag of ovulation strips and when I would use them I would often use another brand with the same samples to compare results. After comparing these to a few other brands I preferred these Pregmate strips and felt like they were most accurate. These strips are on the wider side, which I really like. It makes them easier to hold and use compared to the extremely thin style. I would order more for sure.

I have been using an app to try and track my cycle, and just assumed the app was accurate. I'd been using this app for a few months, and believing it's estimation of my fertile days based on my cycle length. When I saw these, I decided to grab them because I wanted more information and to better understand my cycle. The fertility tracker app I was using gives a 6-day range that likely covers ovulation. Now that I have these test strips, I'm finding out that the app is completely incorrect in my case. I have tested every day that the app told me I might ovulate and I got a negative test every time. Yesterday was the last day of this window. Today I had my first positive test, which indicates ovulation might happen within the next 48 hours or so.All this to say- don't trust apps! I just assumed they knew what they were talking about and I could trust them (it was even a paid service, not a free app). If you are trying to get pregnant- get these test strips so you KNOW for sure when you are ovulating and can best time your efforts.

I love that these ovulation tests have an app. It makes tracking so much easier. The days of taping your tests to a piece of paper is over. I track ovulation by BBT as well as strip Lh tests. I found that these strip tests were very accurate and matched up to my BBT chart. You get 25 tests which is great because it lasts me about 4-5 months. That is a great value for the cost. They are also very easy and straightforward to use. Just dip in a cup of your urine and wait for the result. Overall, these are very easy to use and accurate.

The tests are nice, they seem accurate. All the bonus stuff like the chart are unavailable to me because I don't use apple products.
