way too expensive. You can get a similar product at Lowes for $4 a bag. It started fading color the first week. Do not waste your money!

This is great mulch. I’ve bought 10+ bags recently. This price, however, is pretty absurd. Big box stores sell this for about $3.50!

I bought this Scott's black mulch at Lowe's. It contains lots of pieces of engineered wood products like plywood and OSB.

Last weekend, Lowe’s had this same product on sale, 5 bags for $10, yes, $2 a bag. Their “normal” price is about $3 a bag.

When the black mulch I ordered was delivered I couldn't figure out why they shipped it wet until I placed it in my flower bed and as soon as it dried out it turned brown! I expected products from Scott's to be good quality and as advertised but I guess I was wrong.
