This is the one. I had tried a few other right-angle cables, but I kept being sent the wrong cable or it didn't work for what I needed. The case I am using (SSUPD Meshroom S) basically requires one if you don't want to add any legs. This powers a 1440p 240hz monitor I have and a new 1440p 360hz Alienware AW2725DF. I was skeptical if this was actually DisplayPort 1.4a as advertised but clearly it is!Unrelated - but it's strange there's no DisplayPort 2.0+ right angle cables on the market!! I wouldn't mind going over-spec for extra piece of mind.

Works perfectly for my Meshroom S v1, used with my PowerColor Hellhound 7900 XTX and running a 3440x1440 144Hz ultrawide Freesync monitor. It does come real close to being too large, but is barely shorter than the stock footpads, so doesn't cause issues by hitting the desk.

Works perfectly in the Meshroom S v2. I was able to get 2 of them in comfortably with my MSI 4090 Ventus as well. Out of the 3 displayport outputs, you have to leave the middle one free for these adapters to fit, but you can do that easily. So for running 2 DP cables out, these adapters work a treat in the Meshroom S v2.

Where a normal Displayport cable comes out the back of my video card is a place where it can be easily bumped, and I've had several damaged that way (and head to replace them).I got this to hopefully take the pressure off since it comes out and then (in my case), immediately goes down so it should be harder to bump.Note that the 90 degrees is sideways (not up or down), so make sure you have enough room to the side of it (or it might either block another slot on your video cord or be blocked by your case).Does exactly what I want, and worked perfectly for me!

I needed something to make it so my cables didn't stick straight out of the back of my PC. This did the trick and also doesn't have those stupid locks on them, so I can pull them out without a fight. Made of good quality parts and didn't give me any issues. I have a two 1440p 144hz monitors and they have issues at their native resolution and refresh rates.

3440x1440 monitor flickers and glitches at 144hz refresh rate. It does not meet the 4k @144hz advertised.

I bought both the right angle and down angle versions for my Meshlicious build. Neither is ideal for the case, however the right angle fits (whereas the down angle won’t at all). The right angle is fine and great except that it blocks the port to the side of it. If you only need to use one monitor, then you’re good. On my 3080 Ti FE card, I have it plugged into the middle DP port, which allows separation from the HDMI port on the end of the card; it does *not* block the HDMI port. See photo. The down angle cable (not pictured) seemed like it would be the right one, similar to the down angle HDMI cable that Ssupd includes with the case, except that it faces the “wrong” direction, so the cable has to go behind the card rather than facing out toward the user. At least in my case, it didn’t fit without feeling like it was going to break.Wow, do I hate this quirk of the Meshlicious case.As for the dongle itself, I had absolutely no quality or connection issues over several days of all-day use. Running 4K at 60 Hz on Windows 11.

My setup is a 240hz 1440p monitor which requires a lot of bandwidth. The monitor has ports on the bottom so unfortunately, my 15ft KabelDirekt 1.4 DP cable sticks out the bottom and it's visible under the screen. I wanted to hide this cable using a 90 degree adapter. I tried 90 degree connectors from 3 other brands on Amazon that claimed to support DP 1.4 32gbps, but they all had issues: entire screen flickering, horizontal lines flashing on the screen, screen disconnecting. After trying those, I finally landed on this one and it's been the only one that has worked. The cable is beefy which shows that it actually has shielding. There are no flickering artifacts or any issues. It works exactly as I wanted it.If you have a high refresh and high resolution monitor 1440p, 4k, 8k, 144hz+, then this is only adapter out right now that can do the job.Note I do wish they made an up-angle one as I purchased the right-angle one, which blocks some ports, but fortunately I'm not using those at the moment.

I have a special computer case which requires an angled connector. DisplayPort cables are bulky, so this does the trick nicely & feels very sturdy. That said, you are certainly paying a little bit of a premium for a unique cable like this.
