One of the pair had a taped up box. The product inside had a slightly bent pin. The caliper didn't slide properly on its pins even after the factory lube was removed and replaced with high quality synthetic lube. . . The inside caliper then rubbed my brand new rotor and upon breaking for the first time at the end of the driveway ( albeit a long drive way...) I believe it had worked enough heat up from rubbing the inside that it warped the rotor on the left side. Now my brakes squeal on the left side. The right side had no such problem and was smooth out of the box with factory lube and was smooth after removal of said factory lube and application of high quality synthetic lube. If the left rotor isn't warped then the caliper pins are just bent enough to not allow the brakes to relax off the rotor. Its very loud.

Installed this on my 2004 Ranger 2wd and these work very well. Although not really an upgrade in terms of stopping power, they do the job well.
