Worked well after being installed by myself. Having a helper would make lining the frame up easier but you can do it yourself with a little patience. I did have an issue with the remote not linking up with the control box. A call to the manufacturer and a new control box and remote were on the way. Good customer service.After finding that the boot did not fit properly 11 months after purchase without ever being used, I contacted customer service. I explained the issue to them and sent photos of the problem. Keep in mind the boot was never installed as it just didn't fit and wouldn't zipper up. After several back-and-forth emails Lippert refused to supply a replacement boot.
