I have a wheelbarrow that came with a tubeless tire. Through disuse, the tire would lose air and I couldn't get the tire to take air, even applying a bead sealing compound. I bought this inner tube and installed it. Initially the tube leaked down. I discovered the valve stem was not bonded well. I was sent a replacement cost-free and it did the job.

The valve was broken when I got the item. Fitted it on the tire and pumped it up, but the valve can't keep the air in so it just seeps out again.

Good for an old wheelbarrow tire, but valve stem is centered on tube which makes it tricky to install as the wheel has hole offset to side. Had to anchor the tube stem before airing up, but as long as you keep the tire inflated the stem should stay in place.
