I needed a guitar stand that was portable and easy to store in a guitar gig bag if needed. This guitar stand fits my requirements. What’s really nice is that it’s lightweight and the silicone supports can be adjusted to fit your acoustic guitar perfectly. I ended up buying another for my classical guitar. The stand is stable and it can hold my acoustic guitar without me worrying about it falling.

Made of cheap plastic. It does fit well in my guitar case. It has somewhat of a high tipping point.I wouldn't trust it outside on uneven ground or windy days.

I like the price the soft pads to protect the guitars finish I like the folding up one piece fits in a gig bag so you can have it at your gig and the two of them is part of the deal at a great price means you can keep one in the gig bag the other out in use you don't have to remember to bring it along because its already in the gig bag! I like having the guitar out and available right now no getting it out to play, if its out you'll play with it and you can practice guitar too. one in the hand is worth two in the bush but nobody has a bush anymore and you get two when you buy these stands anyway! it can be a bit wobbly but it stands up nice so Im guna go play with it and afterwards put it in my new Hola .

I bought this to hold my guitar when I place it down during practice while I get my materials setup from lesson to lesson. Otherwise my guitars are in their cases. I use three different guitars. A Guild D50, an Applause 12 string and a Gretsch “Jim Dandy” parlor guitar. This stand holds all three guitars pretty securely. However, I do not have small children or pets moving around that undoubtably would indeed cause this to fall over if bumped into. The “Jim Dandy” parlor guitar is held most securely. No problem regarding sideways slipping at all and firmly held. The Applause 12 string has a thick bowl shape, but fits very well onto this stand. Again no problem regarding sideways slipping, and though a dreadnought shape it is on the light side weight wise and is also firmly held. The Guild D50 is a 1980s solidly built guitar that was made in Westerley, Rhode Island. This guitar is somewhat top heavy when on the stand and has some weight to it and is thick. It fits fine onto the stand but because it has a hefty-ness to it, it seems as if it could tip over backwards if bumped with a little force. It seems at a close tipping point in that regard. I don’t consider that problematic for me as I have no pets or children about, but that should be a consideration if you do. There is no problem regarding sideways slippage with the Guild on this stand though. All in all I feel this is a well made plastic stand. It certainly folds down to a nice compact transportable size. I am happy and satisfied with this stand. It suits and serves my practice purpose just right, especially in light of my not having children or pets to be bumping into it. I have confidence in its build.

Great price point for a solution that is portable, easy, and works! It is very light and easy to fold and carry. It opens up in less than 10 seconds. I am using it as a permanent guitar stand and am glad to know I can easily carry it with me if needed. If you are someone who travells with your guitar this should be added to your guitar bag/case. And it is small enough to easily fit and light enough that you won't notice it is there. I am delighted with this product!I would not use this for an electric guitar - it isn't meant for electric guitars. I imagine they would topple over easily on this stand.

The stand is well designed and made, and highly serviceable. It fits easily in a bag, and takes about 5 seconds to unfold and place. It has a non-skid base and non-skid adjustable supports for the bottom of the guitar. Because of the small size and mass, it has some limitations - it will tolerate a little bump or mis-alignment of the instrument, but it may trip after a kick or brush, so avoid colliding with it. It it to support an instrument when placed in a safe location, and does that well enough.

I like this stand it is versatile and works okay on carpet.Note: I do not have PRIME since Amazon.com does NOT stand behind their BS mark-up service and have become WORSE since they started pushing it so much at delivering non PRIME items.I have previously owned a similar item from Fender and this was a suitable addition. Very small (pack to a gig if needed), easy to spread out to use, and sturdy to hold heavy and light guitars. I really like it. As with the fender, I can see the rubber piece on the bottom wear out from placing the guitars on it after some time, but no other concerns.I wish they would offer these in colors ... its only hard plastic ... but none around. Shame.
