This little hand held fan has amazingly strong wind force for such a tiny thing! It goes to 100 different levels although I don’t really think the level jumps at every digit. The biggest jump happens at every 10 digits like; 10, 20, 30…etc. There are little green dots under the LED numbers on screen and as you change levels they indicate how much battery power you have left. A full charge has 5 green dots. The ad says it has 4 to 20 hours of use on a full charge. I believe that if you run it at low speed you might get 20 hours but if you run it at the highest speed you may get closer to the 4 hour stated time. This fan is small, can fit in your purse easily even if you carry a smaller bag and it can alternately be hung around your neck with the handy strap that is included. The fan comes with a charging cord (USB to C) but no charging block although these days most of us already have some of those laying around somewhere. I don’t have any opinion on how long this fan will hold up because only time will tell. But it does seem well made and works well!

It seems like quality fan. It is powerful and you can adjust fan with varies speed. The main button on the front can adjust speed in increment of 20. Side button which you can adjust by increment of 1 up to 100. I do like which you can adjust varies speed. However, the front button which you can not power off with one hit of button. You have to hit a cycle to 100 and turn off. The charging is ok. The size is not on small size but it is still portable and easy to grip. As of now, it is cool enough to cool me down. But it will be tested during summer hot month.

I just received this and straight out of the package- I would say it's amazing. We spend ALOT of time at the ballfield in the summer months and this thing will be a gamechanger for my daughter who doesn't even want to be there when it isn't miserably hot. So as my son is out on the field, she can now be nice and cool at least! This fan blows really cool and hard and I'm hoping that it holds up.

I have seen several of these personal fans and this JINLICTE turbo rechargeable hand-held fan is one of the better ones with many nice features. It is controlled by a single push button that turns the fan on and steps through 6 incrementally faster set speeds and off. It also has a slide switch on the side that allows you to increase or decrease the speed from 01 to 100 as needed. The speed in displayed on a digital display in the center of the discharge port, which also has 5 small LEDs to display the battery charge status. The fairly large 5AH battery should last all day in most situations. The fan comes with a cable to recharge it from any user supplied standard USB charger and a detachable lanyard to hang it around your neck. The fan may be a little loud for a concert, but just right for a sporting event or working or playing in the heat. The fan head is adjustable relative to the body and can easily be used as a desk fan as well.

This fan is small yet very powerful. It’s pretty quiet for how amazingly strong it is. It arrives already charged and ready to use. It comes with a USB charger cord. The highest level is really strong so I will probably only need to use it at 50% or less because it moves so much air! It comes with an adjustable lanyard so you can wear it on your neck. The lanyard is too long for me to just use it as a wrist holder; maybe could tie it off to fit on my wrist, but would have the extra length hanging. It’s better to just use it as a neck lanyard anyway. Has a quick release button to remove the lanyard.The display on the front tells you the fan speed and there are 4 green lights that indicate the battery level. The fan speed can be adjusted by pressing the power button (jumps up by 20% per press of the button) or the button on the side (fine tune 1% up or down with each press either up or down). You have to keep pressing the main power button through all the speeds to reach the Off setting.The handle is a little bit larger and heavier than other fans similar to this, but the handle is also the battery, so it makes sense that it is larger because this fan is much more powerful and also has a longer run time than most other small hand held fans. Supposed to last from 4 to 20 hours depending on the fan speed used. The fan head can be folded back at any angle and it’s very stable to use on a table top this way. It’s great to take on a trip or an outing to keep cool. Fits in my purse easily. Would also be good for camping.

What we love:It is small but very strong: yes, it goes up to 100. The side button increases or decreases the speed from 1 to 100 and, the power button increases that speed in 20 intervals.The folding mechanism is our favorite feature given that there are many similar fans but they do not fold and, as such, cannot be used sitting on a surface as they tend to fall.What we like:The included lanyard make this even more versatile to use as you can simply hang it around your neck and feel the strong breeze. HOWEVER, it is worth noting that if you are moving the fan will also move around —we wish that in the future they may implement a different lanyard design to keep the fan more steady —as such the reason we have removed one star.What we disliked:Just the slight lanyard hiccup which is not much of a deal.What a prospect buyer should know:The fan arrives fully charged and it recharges fast as well. Do not be fooled by the size: it puts out more wind than larger fans.In conclusion, this is a really cool product that, unlike its competitors, it offers several ways to make the most of it. Beat the summer heat with this little fan —do not waste your money on those "AC scarf style" ones that run anywhere from $65-$400 USD —they are just fans and, having owned many of those, we can tell you that this much cheaper fan puts out even more wind than those.
