  • Minimizes damage to surface being plowed.
  • Outlasts standard steel ATV/UTV plow edges.
  • Heavy-duty polyurethane construction.
  • Ideal for use on pavers, decorative concrete, cobblestone and uneven surfaces.
  • Will not leave rust marks.

FallLine Polyurethane ATV/UTV Snow Plow Edges are ideal for plow owners looking for a cutting edge that minimizes surface damage and offers a longer service life than steel edges. Polyurethane edges are resilient, and therefore absorb impacts and conform to the surface being plowed rather than damaging the plowing surface. Due to the resiliency, Polyurethane cutting edges absorb vibrations and impacts, and as a result are very quiet in operation. Cutting edge is offered without holes or hardware, so that it can be drilled to fit any 48” ATV/UTV plow. Edges include mounting instructions and are manufactured in the USA.

Works OK simple to install but should recommend how many bolts to use, if they did I missed it.

This polyurethane blade edge is a very dense, yet forgiving, material that can be drilled with holes and cut to length if needed. The 3/4" thickness makes it a very stable, long wearing edge for pushing show. Complete installation instructions are included.

WE have an asphalt driveway that is starting to deteriorate and I didn't want to make it worse with plowing snow this winter. I bought this as I have John Deere 345 tractor with the 48" plow blade. It arrived quickly and I laid it out in the house to straighten out. A few days later, I installed it and it took me like 10 minutes. I removed the lower blade steel 'guard' blade (and also removed the plow limiters on each side that restrict how low the plow can go). I laid the steel blade on top of it to mark where to drill holes. I installed it with new carriage bolts and nuts, tightened them up and tried it out. IT worked GREAT. steel blade that was the lower blade on the plow acts as stiffener and keeps the plastic blade tight to the plow. The blade now glides across the asphalt, no noise, and doesn't chew up the asphalt. It appears to be wearing quite well, and in a couple years or more when it's worn down, you just flip it to get the new blade plastic exposed to plow with. I give this TWO thumbs up, A++++ rating!

Delivered on time as promised. Very tough construction, but easy to drill holes into it for mounting. Not easy to cut the polyurethane with a saw but can cut it smoothly with a knife. Have just started using it to clear snow in a narrow path and it works well without damaging the driveway. Will update with any new findings as they arise.

So far I have plowed with this five times. I am very happy with the performance and the fact that I can now plow my driveway in the morning without the plow waking my kids. Seems to show no wear at all and appears to be much easier on my concrete driveway. Installation was a breeze as the holes drill easily. I just laid my old steel edge and drill exact holes.

I've only used this once this winter because I ordered it at the end of winter. It seems quite sturdy and durable upon initial inspection. It machines very easily, so installation was a breeze. It help up very well for the time I used it to plow my blacktop driveway, which also includes 12' of gravel at the bottom crossing the road. I had no issues with chattering or uneven plowing. It left a nice clean path. I will try to update my review after next winter (2018/19) to let you know how its been.

Just installed this on my 48" Husqvarna snow blade (model 588181302) to keep from scratching up my driveways, this thing works very well once the edge is properly worn in.Much quieter going over concrete, does a great job in clearing snow, and it even handles ice pretty well too! It won't break the ice apart like a steel blade does, but it will chip the ice away here and there, and I can't see any damage at all in doing so.Installation was quite simple too! Removed the OEM steel blade, placed it over the poly blade, marked where the holes are, then measured out the centerline down the long edge so I could drill directly in the middle of the blade. Used a regular steel bit, went through like butter! Got some longer stainless bolts with fender washers and locknuts, bolted into same slots on blade and ran it around the driveway and asphalt road for about 10 minutes (the Husqy blade is very lightweight, real snow plow blades will not take this long to get the chatter eliminated! Manufacturer recommends 50 yards of pavement to wear-in the blade iirc). Took about 20-25 minutes for removal and installation with the proper tools.Fit was almost perfect with just about a quarter inch overlap on the ends of my blade, so no need to trim this edge if your blade is 48".Definitely recommended for a blade where you don't want to scrape up your driveway!
