I bought this little speaker to fit under a 50 inch screen and to improve the clarity of the dialogue. It works well with the old pair of tower speakers I have on each side of the home theater system.

I was setting up a surround sound system in my RV and thought i could use my built in radio speaker for the center channel. This did not work well. So I purchased this Polk Blackstone TL1 Speaker. It was a return. When I received it, it was in perfect condition. I needed a speaker that was no more than 4" high to fit on the shelf under my 50" TV. This speaker fit perfectly. I was familiar with the Polk name, so that was a plus. The sound quality is very good. I can now hear the people on the screen speaking and it seems to match my other speakers for the surround sound. I would highly recommend this small in size, but big in quality speaker!
