Works fine easy connection. Use a usb type c cable to keep it on instead of lighter. The rectangular base is the stickiest and best. No complaints great deal

Can't say enough positive things about this CarPlay screen. It just works... perfectly. I have both a 2015 and 2019 Lincoln MKC, the 2019 came with CarPlay so I wanted to add same features to my 2015. Didn't want to spend a ton, but even so was nervous about this item because it was so inexpensive. But... it's fantastic. The touchscreen is clear and responsive to inputs, and it works with voice control too. It paired easily with my phone & car and - better yet - it pairs reliably EVERY time I start the car (which, actually, can't be said about the built-in CarPlay on my 2019). I connected the power using a USB-C to USB-A cable into one of the USB ports in the center console, which only supplies power when the car is active: so the screen boots up as soon as I open the car door, syncs with the phone by the time I've started the ignition, and then turns off automatically 1-2 minutes after I lock the car at the end of the drive. It's about as seamless and effective as you could wish for. Oh, to add another tweak I replaced the supplied mounting bracket with a phone holder that locks into the air-vent (but still has the same ball-joint connection) so by connecting the 2 things together I have it mounted just above the main OEM screen right in front of the dash...perfect location. If anyone has an older car with Bluetooth and is looking to add CarPlay, look no further.

You will need to forgot the device and re-pair the device to your phone almost every time you use it. When you are attempting to pair it, it may take several minutes for the device to appear on your phone to establish the bluetooth pairing. FM audio output does not work. Speaker audio output is pretty good for what it is. Touchscreen works well enough. Overall though, cannot recommend due to bluetooth pairing issues and the non-functional FM audio output.

I drive an older Honda Civic 2012 Lx Coupe. Prior to purchasing this, I was using a tiny bluetooth FM radio transmitter in the cigarette lighter and had to connect to the nearest radio tower just to play my own tunes. (I had a very specific problem where my iPhone 15 pro max could not play through an aux for some reason because of my phone’s USB-C port). The audio was static-y and was still too quiet at max volume. So after finding this gem, I realized I could plug an aux cord right into the CarPlay screen straight from my car and lemme tell you the audio difference was insane. I could now listen to my music with this device at 2/3 volume and it’s super loud with the bass bumping and everything. It’s also nice to have Spotify and maps together split within the screen; I hated having to place my phone in the cup holder just for maps so having a big screen on the dash for maps is huge. Having a modern screen like this is the ultimate widget for an older car with no Bluetooth capabilities. The only reason why I rate this product a 4/5 is because it is quite slow running at about 15 FPS and with a 2 second delay per action. But for the cost of 50$ that issue is not a big deal. You get what you pay for. But as for my own use case, this was a lifesaver from my primitive aux set up. I did read reviews saying that it does come with a micro SD card, but mine did not come with one (I don’t really care for it, it works fine without one unless you want to add videos to it) But in conclusion, setting it up was a breeze and the resolution is pretty crisp.

Gets you CarPlay in your 25yo car. Overall it’s pretty good. Display is a little laggy, but I wasn’t expecting much. The FM transmitter doesn’t work unless you use the charger it came with, and when you do the signal is pretty bad. You can use another fm transmitter with it, so that’s ok I guess. Overall it’s meh.

I bought one of these to use on my motorcycle and just recently bought another as a Christmas gift for my son. It connects to my phone within a second and the wireless android auto works flawlessly. I don't have an apple product, sp I can't comment on wireless CapPlay.

Using it in a Jeep. Set up was super easy. Picture is clear. The old screen stopped working and we couldn’t imagine spending the money on a new one. Touch screen works great.
