This product is sturdy and it appears to be durable as well. We are using it to hold our projector and PS5 and it does the job.We were a little concerned about it folding in the middle of no where, or that our 4 year old would somehow make it fold down. However, it requires two strong hands to fold down.It was a good purchase.

The holes in the desk were too small for the screws and when we went to tighten screws the heads snapped off and left the screw in the hole. We had to move the holes over and create new holes. The directions say three screws in the desk but there are only 2 pre-drilled holes. Bring a buddy to help you build this.

I needed something to use in my laundry room that would fold down as the room is small and the door could not be closed with an open table. This is great! It was easy to install, well made and sturdy. Folds easily and smoothy. Would buy again.

The table and brackets look good. Would have liked to see more of a straight flush look against the wall on the closed position. Brackets work well but table sticks out from the wall with angle pointing out on the closed position as a result of the design. Expected much better for the price paid.

Great looking table! Very solid. Love that it has a hole in the middle of the top with a finished decorative cover for electrical cords to pass through. Keep that in mind for placement. Located in my open concept dining room. I use it for a place to lay tools when I’m sewing or need extra space to place food during a dinner party! It is very easy to operate. I had it installed because I don’t have the necessary skills to do so!
