Must be used with the partner climbing set. We bought them to attach to another item and the space between the bar and the wall is very narrow.

I used two sets of these (2 x 4 = 8) for the monkey bars on our do-it-yourself playset. I chose them because of their heavy-duty feel, they are long (24"), and it takes four fasteners per bar (two on each end). After installation I (250 lb man) hung on them and can attest to their heavy-duty build!

These climbing bars are great! My dad and I built a playset for my daughter which included monkey bars. They are nice and sturdy and are vinyl coated so they will last a while. I can't keep my daughter off of her monkey bars now.
