I love this bag for durability and usefulness. My only complaint is it will fade within 6 months because the dye is not UV resistant. The company is fair offering a discount on a new one and I will eventually accept but the bag is very durable besides the fading. It just makes the bag look more worn than it actually is. Hope the fix the fading in the next versions. Otherwise terrific bag.

Bike delivering with this, a few issues:-No good way tie down the dangling parts of straps. You'll have a lot of extra from the shoulder straps, and I don't use the chest strap. Leaving all that is dangerous on a bike. Many backpack makers include small plastic bits you can fasten loose/extra strap length width, but not here.-Remove the cupholder if you're not using it so you can put food in the center, otherwise you'll always have the weight off center to your left side, which will consequently make your right shoulder sore.-Should have an extra cupholder attachment. Sometimes you'll get an all drink order (smoothies, for example), so having just the cupholder for 3 on one side is not sufficient.-For what this is, I think it's pricy. The only reason I'd buy it is because I can write it off as a business expense on my taxes in the U.S.

Awesome bag. I just got it today and it appears to be built fairly well. The price is a bit high, but I think it’s worth it due to how much easier it makes delivered on a motorcycle. I don’t like wearing it so I mounted it with some zip ties

An amazing delivery backpack. I do Uber eats and this has got to be one of the best delivery backpacks I’ve used. Very sturdy and big, can take most large orders and has three cup holders. All my orders are kept at their ideal temperature. Hot foods stay hot, cold foods stay cold. Only downside is that it can’t take pizzas over 13 inches. Other then that I’m very satisfied.

I have been doing food delivery on my motorcycle for a few months and exploring various bag and box options for carrying the food. This backpack container is great except that now I realize I should have gotten one with at least one divider in it. You see, I often get pizza orders. A smaller pizza can fit in the backpack in the normal orientation, and a larger pizza will fit if you turn the bag sideways so that the shoulder straps are at the bottom, and then mount the bag on the back seat of the motorcycle. I also use a piece of plywood on my back seat to use as a wider platform when I do that. The problem with not having a divider is that it's risky to put other stuff on top of a pizza box. If you put a bag on top of the pizza box, the cardboard is likely to sag and get cardboard on the pizza which is not good. Ideally you want your pizza on top of everything else, or in it's own compartment. That's what you will see in a lot of pictures. Unfortunately this bag does not come with that option. I would love to see a version of this bag that has an option to add a separator in either orientation. That might involve horizontal and vertical strips of velcro on the inside and two different sized stiff boards with velcro on the sides.I have been debating whether I should sell this bag and get another one with dividers or try to improvise such dividers myself. If you're doing research to determine what kind of container to get, please consider that this one does not come with any way to separate a stacked order. It is basically one large boxThe cup holder is fantastic though.

I hope this review is helpful. So I just started to do Doordash, and Fleet. Using my new E bike so I wanted a product that will be big enough to hold lots of items. However, this wish came as a double edge sword. It told very well however. I think a smaller one would be much better for me. I didn’t took into consideration my own weigh plus the bike plus the backpack. It makes is very hard to move around. So I will like to suggest maybe some straps at the bottom so I can but in on my bike. But for my own shopping this is a great bag it hold very well. Just I don’t recommend to put many gallons of anything in it. Happy shopping I hope this review helps once I made the changes I’ll post it up.

use this backpack to help keep my food warm or even cold for that matter. I've been working short days and whether I'm packing warm or cold food, it keeps everything perfectly insulated. The cup holder is a lot bigger than I thought. Mainly because I keep can keep small cups or even larger cups inside and they not spill out. The straps on this are surprisingly comfortable to wear too. I have actually even used this cooler when I'm going out and picking dinner up. Where I live compared to where some decent restaurants are at, our food can get cold because they're pretty far out. With this cooler, I'm able to order food from those places, put them in this cooler which there is more than enough room inside for and come home with still hot food. Even with the temperatures dropping in the low 30's, my food is still nice and hot. Can see how this can help with any food delivery drivers as I'm not but I'm still able to keep food in this nice and hot with a 20-30 minute drive.
