I've been back and forth on this oven. 1 star then 4.. I'm back to a 1 for the simple reason it doesn't even get as hot as my regular oven. The thermostats are lying.In my regular oven on the top rack with a stone i can make a nicely charred pizza in 7 minutes at 550. This oven needs 90 minutes for it to tell you its at 670 (which its not) then after 10 minutes of cooking the cheese is barely getting browned up and the crust just looks like dry dough.I tagged the top thermostat with a laser and it read 415 and the stone itself never passed 640. Im guessing the air temp must be down around 350 to get the results i got.

Righ now the most I can get is 515 degrees Fahrenheit which is not better than using the oven of my range. The only reason I bought this product was to reach a higher temperature than what I already had. It is also what is required to cook a better pizza than your oven. I don’t know if it’s an issue with my actual oven or it’s an issu plaguing all the products being sold but 645 degrees advertised instead of 515 which I am getting makes a world of difference.

Purchased the single deck version of this pizza oven, I've been happy with its performance. Upon arrival, everything was in good condition, and I've been using it regularly for the past three months. Prior to this purchase, I had never owned a pizza oven, so there was a learning curve involved.One thing I noticed is that it takes a bit longer than expected for the oven to reach the desired temperature. However, once it's heated up, the temperature control remains consistent from week to week. To ensure even baking, I've found it helpful to rotate the pizza 180 degrees during the last 5 minutes of cooking, as the top doesn't bake evenly otherwise.Another adjustment I've made is tweaking the temperature for the bottom crust, ensuring it's perfectly done. In addition to pizzas, I've used it to bake cookies and even heat up frozen tray lasagna from the grocery store.The important thing is this ovens ability to achieve higher temperatures than a standard kitchen oven, which has been a pizza game changer for me. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their home made pizza.

Just opened it the box and the top of it has a bunch of scratches on the top of it. Have not baked anything in it yet. Just don’t like the scratches all over it.
