These are perfect for my sourdough pizza's. Easily fits enough dough for up to 2 personal pizzas or one large.

These are very small. They have a metal ring around the top. They do collapse some. The lids just sit on top of the bowls, they don't actually seal. I don't think they're worth the 25.00 price tag.

After rolling the dough balls, it works well to store them individually rather than in a proofing tray. The silicone does not have that great structural stiffness to maintain its bowl like shape when not on an flat surface. I put some left over dough balls in the freezer and the bowl would indent with the slightest pressure from other items. Also, the lids are not tight at all, they sort of sit on top. It is fine for upright storage and stacking but dont expect to use it as a container with a lid

These may be good for a 8" pizza, but my dough recipe is for a 12" pizza. The dough lifted the plastic top up and the exposed the dough to air and got hard. I had to peel the hard dough off. Next time I stacked the bowls and put a heavy can on top, but the dough found its way out. Just use smaller amounts of dough I guess and make little pizzas. I cannot recommend because I like 12" pizza's. Perfect for two.
