These training wheels are very similar to training wheels of other brands, so you can probably look for videos to help you install them. The spacers go behind the "arms" of the training wheels and then they are supposed to go over the nuts on your axle.It would be great if they just included 2 more measly nuts for the spacers to fit over - most bikes just come with one nut on each side to hold the axle in.

We bought a nice bike for kids ages 5 and up, but the spare wheels were not in the set, so we decided to order these. These wheels are universal, easy to install and fit perfectly. Special thanks for the decorations. Would recommend.
