I've bought many nose rings off Amazon. This is the first one to turn my skin black. I failed to make sure that it was surgical steal.....but it's definitely not. Don't waste your money. It's cute but you'll have a black spot underneath it. I had to use alcohol for it to come off because water wasn't really removing it.
