My mom was looking for a two-band radio, something simple but from a reliable brand. We found this Phillips radio, which is a decent size and has everything you need for great tuning. Although it seems a little heavy for my taste, it fulfills all the functions we needed. It's just what we wanted!

Es una marca importante y conocida.El mayor problema es que el radio no tiene una forma adecuada para transportarlo y se supone que es móvil.Mas aún es muy pesado ycon mayor razón debería tener una fuerte agarradera.

Unpacked the box, inserted the required batteries and nothing, no sound at all, not even a crackle. Tried the a/c cord provided, but still nothing. So a complete dead radio. Bitterly disappointed after the long wait for delivery. I wonder if this is a genuine Phillips or a fake? So, on top of the cost of the radio and £11 delivery I have now had to pay £24 to return it !!!!!!

The plug in cord that came with this radio doesn't stay in place and pops out with the slightest movement of the radio. The cord itself is very cheap and stiff and doesn't conduct electricity unless the length of the cord is straightened. Trying to loosely coil the cord on the counter breaks the electrical connection. Radio itself would be fine with an upgraded cord.

Device worked for only 5 minutes. Product is so old and obsolete. Had to put it in the bin. Never had this sort of failure before.Chose Philips which is a good brand. But a big disappointment this time. Will never buy Philips products again.Sorry to share a poor purchase.

Una radio sencilla con memorias para las frecuencias.Facil de usar y memorizar emisoras.Tiene reloj y los dígitos grandes.Por primera vez el servicio de Amazon muy malo, la caja no vino metida en otra caja, vino aplastada y abierta.Esto deben solucionarlo, porque la proxima vez lo devuelvo directamente.

je suis satisfait de cet achat car l'utilisation est simple ( marche/arret, memorisation ), il y a deux rangees de 10 preselections sur le dessus de la radio.une rangée pour les parents ,une autre pour les enfants , parfait . ;-)ecran lcd assez grand lisible, angle de vision moyen en hauteur, secteur,4 piles moyennes, taille moyenne (petit encombrement)cette radio fait aussi les ondes moyennes , bien que cela ne soit pas tres utile en franceles boutons de reglage du volume et des stations sont doux et "pas a pas".la poignée repliée ne se voit plus , le design année "60" monobloc est respecté.la reception est bonne ,j'ai du sortir l'antenne "courte" et l'orienter dans notre cuisine pour bien capter.le son est clair , me convient pour les emissions parlées du matin.seul regret , il n'y a pas de bouton " sommeil" qui permet de programmer l'arret de la radio 10,20,...60 minutes apres l'allumage.je l'utilisais facilement sur l'ancienneje recommande cette radio si le design plait.
