I ordered size M for my 12 lbs Shih Tzu, it fits ok but may be a little bit too small. However the L could be too big

Love this cute little hat. I bought it for my blind cat but he wouldn’t wear it so I gave it to my neighbor who has an adorable puppy and he loves it. It is well made and recommend it highly!
